Do you love cycling, live near the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, or simply want to support SETBP1-HD research?
Our SETBP1Strong Team will ride again for the 4th year in a row in the Million Dollar Bike Ride sponsored by the UPenn Orphan Disease Center (ODC) on June 11th. At this event, more than 30 rare disease teams gather to raise funds for their respective diseases/disorders. This is a fun event to bring awareness to rare disease and to fund targeted pilot grants. The ODC ensures that 100% (including registration fees) of the funds raised goes towards the pilot grants. The ODC also matches $1 for $1 for every dollar raised up to $30,000!
The Million Dollar Bike Ride brings over 750 cyclists and volunteers to Penn’s campus to ride either 13, 34, or 72 miles starting in the city, and ranging across the Greater Philadelphia region. However, if live further away and want to ride virtually, you can still join our team and ride virtually!
