WHAT IS THE RARE CAROUSEL OF POSSIBLE DREAMS?
The RARE Carousel is a unique partnership between Festival of the Children Foundation and Global Genes that provides SETBP1 Society an exciting and innovative way for us to raise funds, cultivate new donors, and increase awareness. Riders virtually ride a Carousel and ask friends and family to support them in their efforts. Join the SETBP1 Society Team and become a Rider on our carousel at The Carousel at 12103 Conrad Road, Austin, TX on Saturday, March 3rd from 10am-12pm. As a Rider, you can recruit friends and family to donate to your Rider page or to become a Rider of their own. You can also join us virtually!
OUR DREAM: Fund a Biological Model and Develop a Guide for SETBP1 disorder
Our Possible Dream will focus on a targeted dual-research approach to fund a biological model of SETBP1 disorder to provide a better physiological, molecular, and cellular understanding of the impact of the human genetic disorder and to produce a Diagnostic Journey SETBP1 Patient Stories Report to further our understanding of the impact of SETBP1 disorder for affected individuals and their families.

HOW?
We are building a team of riders to help us achieve our dream and we want YOU to join us!
As a rider of The RARE Carousel of Possible Dreams, your participation is key to the success of our fundraising campaign. With your other team mates, you will expose SETBP1 Society to a wider audience and help raise funds that will bring our possible dream to life.
Over the course of the campaign, you will use an online fundraising platform to reach out to friends, family, co-workers and businesses to achieve your personal fundraising goal. It is a fun and easy way to get the word out about the mission of SETBP1 Society, share why the cause is important to you and give your personal network an opportunity to donate directly towards a high-impact program. We will provide the tools you need to be successful in your fundraising efforts!
All raised funds will go towards RESEARCH!!
WHEN?
Saturday, March 3rd at The Carousel at 12301 Conrad Rd, Austin, TX on Saturday, March 3rd 10am-12pm!
This is also a virtual fundraiser. Fundraising is done online, although checks will also be accepted. To help celebrate this event, you can consider meeting friends and family at a carousel at your local shopping mall or park. Take pictures and post on social media along with the link to your fundraising page. Consider carrying a sign featuring the name of SETBP1 Society or “Be the Hope. Be the Change.”
